Our technicians keep motorhomes and RVs on the road, handling everything from chassis work to house and coach electrical, plumbing, appliances, multiplex systems, and more. The Opportunity:

We're looking for a skilled RV Technician who takes pride in solving problems and getting customers back on the road. You'll work on a wide variety of motorhomes and RVs, both in our shop and on mobile service calls, with steady work and room to grow your skills.

What You'll Do:

Diagnose and repair coach systems: 12V and 120V electrical, plumbing, slide-outs, leveling systems, and multiplex controls.
Service and repair RV appliances, including refrigerators, water heaters, furnaces, A/C units, and generators.
Install upgrades such as lithium battery systems, inverters, and solar.
Document your work clearly in Shopmonkey, including findings, photos, and recommendations.
Communicate repair needs to the service team so customers get accurate quotes and updates.
Keep your work area, tools, and service vehicle clean and organized.

What You Bring:

2+ years of hands-on experience in RV, automotive, diesel, marine, or similar repair.
Diesel mechanic schooling is a plus.
Solid electrical diagnostic skills, comfortable with meters and wiring diagrams.
Working knowledge of RV appliances and coach systems (RVTI or RVIA certification is a plus).
Ability to work independently on mobile calls and as part of a shop team.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Your own basic hand tools.
A commitment to quality work and honest communication with customers.

What You'll Earn:

$25–$35+ per hour, depending on experience and certifications.
